Hello & welcome!
I’m Gil, a photographer born in North London, England.
At 21 (a very long time ago!), I caught the travel bug, and it’s shaped my life ever since, wherever the photos call me, I go. Whether it’s the depths of the ocean or the peaks of distant mountains.
My love for photography began underwater. Capturing the magic of the great oceans inspired me to explore creative possibilities topside as well. Today, my work spans from photographing sharks 20 meters deep to shooting city portraits, fashion models on sunlit beaches, and the breathtaking diversity of landscapes and cultures around the globe.
MY MISSION AND MY HOPE
My mission is to create and curate images that are, of course, aesthetically pleasing, but also, in many cases, I hope they may evoke emotion, desire, and perhaps provoke thought and inspiration. The quiet beauty of our existence is all around us, from the textures of our skin to our incredibly diverse environments, and I hope to be able to share and celebrate that through my photography.
Thank you for stopping by.
